Why do I own wrong blood pressure reading??
that's what I do and please tell me why is the measurment wrong???
I first put the cuff around the arm newly before elbow and put the stethoscope below its lower cease.
then start to inflate the cuff to 180 mmhg.after release the pressure of the cuff slowly till I hear the first beat and memo it as systolic pressure and when the sound disappear.I record it as dyastolic pressure.
so what do I do wrong???

Sounds, Were Seeing that the Cuff is at the Level of the Heart (Close is Good Enough), the Thickness Any Clothing Under the Cuff and Posture. Another thing, i.e. Very Important, Is Multiple Readings Over Time. As Mentioned Above, a Side-By-Side Comparison With an Automated Cuff, Mat Be Informative.
