yea, its not addicting if you use it once surrounded by awhile though. I take it if I involve to calm down or when i discern anxious. If you take it everyday and your body is used to have it in within, you cant just stop. You necessitate 2 ween off, or you will enjoy a bad experience. And sometimes it may organize to seizures.
