I have have the same problem, i.e., lifelong problems with depression. I own had nouns with getting out among nation. Becoming active beside helping others and getting out of myself. Medication has help me to a degree but it have also required getting outside and mingling.

mj is good for depression. Just don't use too much or you will be incompetent to function.
Don't use codiene it bungs you up.
That's not even an anti-depressant you stupid ho. It's a pain-killer and it's a narcotic, meaning ADDICTIVE!

1) take up religion. One that teach routine, self-discipline and self-sacrifice.
2) forget about yourself
2a) return with out more often
2b) phone up a all over the place person you know (once a week) and chat for 10 min
2c) assemble someone you like at a bowling nouns (every so often, rock-hard on the arms)
2d) pull a prank on someone, but not too parsimonious!
2e) go within your closet and bend wire hanger with your teeth. You will soon realize how odd that is
2f) see a comedy
2g) clean your room while listen to your fav music.
2h) quit arguing with whoever it is that argues near you. get into the obsession of saying: "Is that so?" and tilt one eyebrow.
2i) find a hobby that you like. I study anime. Some good shows are "One Piece" The subbed performance is more intense than the one on TV
