I hold known greatly of people that own become depressed simply due to a chemical imbalance. The best item is too get some counselling to business deal with the problems that are making you depressed within the first place, yes antidepressants do help contained by many cases but they don't cure depression and anxiety they simply help you cope near it, they just trick your brain into thinking you are elated, by making your brain make more serotonin (sp?).why would you want to only cope with depression when possibly getting some counselling and talking things out could assist you to permanently carry over your depression, and you wouldn't have to remember to pocket a little pill everyday.
