An individual begin a heavy counterweight lifting routine involving using the biceps muscle (curling repetitions). Immediately after the routine is finished the individual notices an increased size of the biceps muscle region (although at hand is no change surrounded by the size of the muscle fibers). Construct a flow diagram that will indicate all the factor responsible for the increased muscle size. Hint: think of factor that will increase the volume of fluid in the muscle region.

Is it refering an increase of volume IN the vascular tissue...or something resembling an edema?
