Wife suffering from depression or some form of psychotic condition?
there is a verbal communication barrier but i do my best to interprete everything she say to the doctor. i feel the doctors are not doing adequate to get to the bottom of her problem.

You mentioned that you try your best to interprete her. I dont want to assume, but if she is of asian descent, they own been agreed to have mental instabilities and histores of mental illnesses. If this is the valise you may be dealing with a inherent issue.
have they tryed varying the medication see another doctor for another opinion also ask if these are side effects of prozac - did they start shortly after taking prozac ?
