What is your work schedule, work volume and variety of work you face everyday at an urban hospital or private clinic.. everywhere you may work. Need this for an essay on MRI Technologists and their responsiblities and work loads.!!

I am a MRI technologist in a free-standing imaging facility. We are only open 8:30 - 5:30, Monday through Friday. I hold a MRI scan scheduled every hour. If a patient needs two scan (such as a brain and cervical spine/neck scan), they are given 2 one hour time slots. This morning, I did a 8:30 cervical spine, a 9:30 Lumbar spine and a 10:30 brain scan. I did not have a patient in my 11:30 time slot. I filch lunch from 12:30 - 1:30. When I get back to work, I have a 1:30 shoulder, a 2:30 knees and a 3:30 lumbar spine. Between 4:30 - 5:30, we usually don't do a MRI scan. We use that time as catch up for catching up if we run behind, paper work or preparing for the subsequent day.
