This is not a question for well-meaning amateurs like me. You must ask the physician who put you on blood thinners. He is paid (and highly well-paid) to look after you, which means answering questions like this.
You could do yourself serious destroy by taking the wrong combination of drugs, but there is no reason for you to be suffering unnecessary pain.
All the other credibly safe alternatives have a potential for abuse and/or addiction and require a prescription, surrounded by the US.
