i am conducting a case study of a hypothetical case of a patient beside a lot of complications i don't know where to begin near, or i don't even know if the data have any relationship with respectively other.
the case is:
Patient 28 4/7 age of gestation,
at 6th week, had pneumonia,
15-16 weeks, upper respiratory tract of infection
22-23 weeks skip beats
at 28 weeks severe oligohydramnios, breech presentation, hydrops fetal-is, lung, heart effusion
she be having contractions and was soon for a vaginal delivery, at 28 weeks. assistance me connect the details

I'm kinda guessing that most of these symptoms, apart from the hydrops fetalis part, are the mother's.
Who, at the 28 week mark, has the lung and heart effusion? If it's the tot, my best guess is parvovirus B19 infection in mom. Depending on whose symptoms are whose, though, I might consider a vote for syphilis.
The other major candidates for cause hydrops fetalis are either Rh mismatch between mother and child or thalassemia major, but you're not giving a history consistent with those diagnoses.
