no i dont believe you can, possibly if you havent defined the blood type (eg A-) or if enzymes can cancel out the blood type

the problem is you would also need to find a synthetic form of hemoglobin that could transport oxygen... and once it can bind oxygen from the air that means diseases can capture in. Plus it's not just blood that carries diseases it is also our lymph... so you would hold to replace that too.
