I think it is a pulled muscle though because if I move my muscle and arm just right no pain. My blood pressure and pulse have been a little higher than middle-of-the-road. What could it be?

My husband is a firefighter / paramedic and the other day he ran on a guy who was have chest pain for about 3 days and thought nothing of it, the guy have hypertension and right after fire rescue got there the guy coded and died. They couldn't get him fund. He was 45.
I hope your's is just muscular, but why chance it? An EKG and a few cardiac enzymes.

It's probably musculoskeletal in seed, but since you already have cardiovascular issues, it might be wise to rule out a cardiac reason for your aching. I'm not talking about a million dollar workup, just a phone telephone to your doc. S/he might want to see you, or may just be able to reassure you by phone.
