In addition of drugs and their doses .. I want to know how to divide .. please surrounded by anaesthesia ?
I want if there is a formula for calculation and give me an example roughly any patient having an operation and want to anaesthetize and give him drugs

If it be that easy, anybody could do it. We really don't do things by formula.
There are dosage ranges based on weight - some are base on actual weight, and some are based on ideal body shipment. For example, propofol induction dose is 1.5-3 mg/kg (notice that that's a two-fold difference). So, how much do I give? I need to take into consideration the condition of the tolerant, his/her medical history (old people get less, drinkers take more) and what other drugs the patient is on and/or I have given. If I've already hit him with midazolam and fentanyl, I'll turn with a lower end dose. Unless he's still wide awake - next I'm going to hit him with more.
Do I want him to keep breathing or not? (Yes - lower dose; no - higher dose). What will the effect of a drop surrounded by blood pressure be for this patient? (No big deal - more drug; bad things might ensue - lower dose)
A lot of it is based on clinical judgement. That's the thought process for just one drug, and for an average general anesthetic, I'm going to dispense 5-10 drugs.
You need to know the following:
Patient's weight in Kg
Dosage of the drug surrounded by mg/Kg
Wt = 100Kg Dose = 1mg/Kg
(100Kg)(1mg/Kg) = 100mg
