How do you ancient the swab drug tryout?
iv heard as long as your clean for 3 days before you appropriate it you past..
or
if you chew winterfresh and dont spit out the spit from the gum it will allow you to past too..
but those are just rumers.. any one know what in truth works?

sorry for sounding redundant, but I requirement the two points. so yeah, drugs are bad.
It's an trouble-free test and not as efficent as a UA... just be clean for 3 days prior....
In other words do nil now until then and if you can help it....after that and forever!

So instead of telling you the obvious that drugs are unpromising for you, I will tell you that to pass the swab test instead of sticking it between your teeth and gums approaching they want you to do bite it between your teeth...of course when i had mine done they didn't do alot of observation so things perchance different now days.

fill your mouth with pure lemon jucie and some beer any would but yo must kepp it surrounded by your mouth for 15 min and dont drink spit it out and you should pass
