Explain the phrase "the peril is contained by the dose"?

It is a science question

Like doses of drugs of something like that
Answers:
Never take more consequently the doctor prescribes for you....when in doubt check with your pharmacist.....the danger is surrounded by the dose which could harm or OD you....
It means that the size of the dose can make it chancy (overdosing). It is always more prudent to follow doctor recommended dosage to prevent these dangers.
Generally, any chemical or substance can have insalubrious effect depending on the amount or the dose taken.

For example, a poison we know is dangerous but a very little amount may not harm. During the impulsive periods, some travelers always carry beside them one kind of poison during winter. They would add a drop of poison to their drinks to keep their body melt.

For any kind of drug, there is a certain toxic dose, which mechanism when a drug is taken more than the recommended dose, it can cause harm to the body thus it is dangerous.

Water and oxygen as we know are awfully essential survival needs but can be dangerous when taken in excessive amount.

So to right to be heard, in whatever substance, the danger is not on the substance itself but the jeopardy is mainly on the dose or the amount of the substance.

Good luck!
well what happens if u bring to much of any medicine... the thing that was sposed to comfort now became a poison riight?? well near u go, it helps u only if u steal the right dose...
